Paula is responsible for Investor Relations, Business Development and Institutional PR at Valor Capital Group, based in NYC. She is focused on global fundraising, maintaining relationships with all existing LPs, supporting Valor’s new institutional endeavors, and overseeing Valor’s Institutional PR strategy for media, events, and awards.
Prior to Valor, Paula was a Strategy Specialist at Arezzo&Co., where she oversaw the Global Corporate PMO, and built and managed their Corporate Venture Capital unit, as well as having worked at Fundação Estudar, responsible for Fundraising and Sponsor Relations.
Paula has a Master’s degree in Management from Yale SOM, a Master’s degree in International Management from FGV, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and International Relations from FGV.
She was approved to Yale with a Merit Scholarship and selected as a top applicant. During her time there, she specialized in Advanced Negotiations.
In her free time, Paula is an avid traveler and reader and enjoys contemporary art.
