Caitlyn is a VP of Finance at Valor Capital, where she oversees all financial operations including the management company and General Partner. Prior to joining Valor, Caitlyn served as Controller at Centerbridge Partners for nearly a decade, where she led corporate finance including FP&A, annual audits and strategic initiatives. Previously, Caitlyn held roles at LionEye Capital and at Deloitte where she specialized in taxation for financial services clients.

She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master of Taxation (MST) as well as a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California. Caitlyn lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children. In her free time, she is a voracious fiction reader, loves trying new recipes and doing calligraphy.
